Dispute Resolution Services (DRS) meets regularly with two consultation groups to discuss issues of practice and procedure in the dispute resolution system. These consultation processes help ensure that FSCO fulfills its mandate to provide timely, cost-effective and fair resolution of accident benefits disputes.
